EMAIL TERMS & CONDITIONS

Set out below are terms and conditions applicable to any e-mail communication or attachment thereto which Intrinsic Consulting Solutions, through its employees and/or directors, may send you (“communication”).

All communication is intended solely for the use of the intended recipient thereof and/or the persons authorised to receive it. The information contained in any communication may be subject to legal privilege and/or may be privileged information for another reason and may be confidential as a result. You are not authorised to print, store, forward or copy such privileged information to any other person and any disclosure, copying, distribution or taking action upon such information may be unlawful. If communication has been sent to you in error, kindly destroy or delete it and notify the sender that it was sent to you.

All information included in communication which is not related to the business of Intrinsic Consulting Solutions, is not authorised, endorsed or given by Intrinsic Consulting Solutions.

Kindly advise the sender of communication immediately if you or your employer do not consent to “internet e-mail” for the purpose of communication of the relevant kind. Notwithstanding the provisions of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act No. 25 of 2002, any agreement concluded with Intrinsic Consulting Solutions by using e-mail correspondence shall only come into effect once Intrinsic Consulting Solutions has confirmed the conclusion of the agreement by way of follow-up e-mail communication.

Intrinsic Consulting Solutions is not liable for the improper or incomplete transmission of information contained in any communication, or for any delay in its receipt. Reasonable care is taken to transmit all communication free of damaging code and viruses, however Intrinsic Consulting Solutions and the sender do not make any warranties in this regard, and cannot be held liable for any loss or damages incurred by the recipient as a result thereof, including damage to hardware or software or data corruption.

Intrinsic Consulting Solutions assumes no responsibility for actions of the sender of communication which do not fall within the ordinary scope of the sender’s authority and normal employment responsibilities. Communication containing offensive, derogatory, defamatory or otherwise unlawful or inappropriate content would fall outside the normal scope of authority or employment responsibility of the sender.

Intrinsic Consulting Solutions retains the copyright in all communication and attachments thereto, where such content has been created by Intrinsic Consulting Solutions and/or the employees and/or directors of the firm.

The sender of communication does not warrant or make any representations that communication purported to be sent by the sender was in fact sent by the sender or that the sender was authorised to send the communication. All issues related to authentication and authority must please be telephonically confirmed with the sender of communication.
