Barbara has extensive experience in developing and managing client relationships primarily within the broad HR sphere of influence. She has qualifications in HR management, Industrial Relations and Labour Law, which, when combined with her 20 years experience, make her ideally suited to have the necessary insights into organisational requirements and to match these requirements through the identification and acquisition of talent.

ROBYN EVANS

Robyn is a people practitioner based in Johannesburg, South Africa. Utilising her background in Psychology and a passion to guide people towards personal growth she has been involved in training and development for more than a decade. Robyn has built a career on the ability to identify and build development-solutions for individuals, teams and organisations. These solutions take the form of assessments, training interventions, individual and group coaching, as well as conflict-resolution facilitation, and problem-solving facilitation for teams. Utilising one or more of these tools she has partnered with organisations and increased the engagement and efficacy of teams, groups and individuals.

Exposure to various segments and sectors of industry means that Robyn has a broad, yet relatively comprehensive understanding of many different and varied organisations. Her background in psychology gives insight into the development of thought and behaviour patterns and as such, develop material and facilitate accordingly. Robyn believes in viewing people holistically. Robyn has worked with many teams, across all levels, in multi-national organisations, developing training solutions, communication structures and team cohesion systems.

MARK MEREDITH

Marks’ initial career in the food and pharmaceutical industry saw him hold responsibility for a range of functions, including Operations, Human Resources and Information Technology, all of which provided a solid understanding of good manufacturing practices, system and process compliance requirements and key drivers of commercial performance.

Mark then spent more than two decades working in the Australasia region, in the recruitment and Managed Services industries initially in hands on operational roles and then in various senior leadership positions. This international experience exposed Mark to a large number of local and global companies, where he came to appreciate a hugely diverse range of factors that drive business success.
